What's the difference between seeing you and seeing my regular doctor?

Your doctor isn't ignoring you — they're just out of time. I'm not. I want to know about your sleep, your stress, your relationships, your sense of purpose, what you ate for dinner, how you feel about getting older. All of it is clinical information to me. And I have the time and the framework to actually use it.

Do you prescribe hormone therapy?

Yes. In both Maine and Arizona I prescribe bio-identical estrogen, progesterone, and thyroid hormone, as well as professional-grade supplements and vitamins. In Arizona I can also prescribe testosterone.

That said, hormones aren't the only path. For women who can't tolerate them, prefer not to use them, or aren't good candidates, there's a lot we can do. Menopause is very treatable — with or without hormones.

What does "comprehensive functional lab testing" actually look like?

Not just a basic panel. We look at nutrient status, why your body isn't responding the way it used to — including what's actually driving changes in your body composition and what to do about it — cardiovascular health, stress hormones and adrenal function, and overall systemic function across many body systems. We're looking for the thing your other doctor missed, or didn't have time to look for.

I already have doctors. Do I have to give them up?

No. I work alongside your existing care team. Think of me as the person who holds the whole picture while everyone else manages their piece of it.

How is this different from a health coach or a wellness program?

I'm a licensed doctor. I can order labs, interpret them, and prescribe. This isn't a program with a start and end date. It's an ongoing clinical relationship with someone who actually knows you.

Is care available virtually?

Yes. I see patients via telemedicine or in person in Maine and Arizona. At least one in-person visit per year is required.

What's included in the $6,000 membership?

9 visits scheduled upfront so they actually happen, two comprehensive functional lab panels, unlimited direct messaging between visits, 15% off professional-grade supplements, and priority scheduling with no waitlist.

Can I cancel?

This is a year-long partnership. If it's not the right fit, you can cancel within 30 days of your intake and receive a full refund minus $1,000. After 30 days, the membership fee is non-refundable.

Does my membership auto-renew?

Yes, annually. You'll hear from me before it does, and you'll always have the option to opt out.
