Yes! Care is available via telemedicine or in person (Arizona + Maine), so you can receive support from wherever you are. However, to provide the very best care we require at least one in-person visit per year.
The full membership fee for the Clear Path Concierge Program is not reimbursable by insurance, as it includes non-covered services like extended access, messaging, and personalized care coordination. However, individual visits within the program may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. An annual in-person exam is required to maintain continuity of care and eligibility for documentation.
After each visit, you can ask for a billing statement (superbill) with diagnostic and billing codes that you can submit to your insurance provider. Reimbursement will depend on your specific out-of-network benefits.
Yes! Most individual visits, labs, and supplements prescribed as part of your care are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. In many cases, you can also use HSA/FSA funds to pay for visits directly. The membership fee itself is generally not eligible unless your HSA/FSA provider allows it under a Letter of Medical Necessity.
Most members find that from 2 to 6 visits per year is the right rhythm for their care. Some need more and we adjust accordingly.
While visits do not roll over from year to year, the program is designed to give you spacious, flexible access throughout your 12-month membership.
Because this program is designed as a year-long partnership, cancellations are not permitted after 7 days from your initial intake. If you decide not to continue within the first week, if you paid in full your payment will be refunded minus $1,000 for your comprehensive first visit. If you're on a payment plan, you will be responsible for $1,000 for your comprehensive first visit.
Yes. The Clear Path Concierge Program renews annually unless canceled. You’ll receive a reminder in advance, with the option to opt out before your next renewal.
If you still have visits left in a previously purchased care package, you are welcome to use them as planned—nothing changes. After your final visit, you’ll have 30 days to enroll in the Clear Path Program at the Founders Circle rate. After that, standard program pricing applies.
